Hi, I’m Dr. Valerie Steele

When I’m not coaching women through big life transitions, I’m a clinician and educator with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and over 20 years of experience counseling and coaching in health and wellness.

I’ve spent years helping people manage chronic conditions, make complex decisions, and navigate seasons of overwhelm — and I’ve learned that the hardest battles aren’t usually physical. They’re mental, emotional, and deeply personal.

For years, I juggled:

On the outside, I was capable and accomplished. On the inside, I was exhausted, guilty, and increasingly disconnected from my own goals. That’s what led me to immerse myself in mindset and cognitive psychology, emotional regulation and nervous-system informed tools, intentional living and values-based decision-making. 
 

Now, I blend brain science, positive psychology, and practical tools to help women define success on their own terms and live with intention in every area of their lives. This isn’t just theory for me.
It’s the work I’ve done personally — and with the women I coach.
