My Story...
I know exactly what it’s like to juggle a demanding career while desperately wanting to be a present, intentional mom. With a Doctorate in Pharmacy and over 20 years of experience counseling and coaching in health and wellness, I spent years helping patients manage chronic conditions. But when I became a mother, everything shifted. I realized that the hardest challenges weren’t just medical—they were emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
I wanted to show up for my children with more patience and presence, but I felt stretched thin. Determined to break free from the cycles of stress, reactivity, and guilt, I immersed myself in the study of mindset, emotional regulation, and intentional parenting. Through intensive coaching and personal transformation, I discovered a powerful truth: when we understand our mindset, we can finally stop feeling overwhelmed and start parenting with confidence and connection.
Now, through speaking engagements, workshops, and private coaching, I help busy, high-achieving moms break through limiting beliefs and reclaim the joy of parenting.
